Faiza Hassan Labels Joint Family System As Toxic

Faiza Hassan

Faiza Hassan showcases her versatility as an actress, consistently delivering strong performances in acclaimed dramas. Over the years, she has captivated audiences with her powerful screen presence. She currently stars in “Aapa Shameem”, which is receiving positive feedback. Previously, she achieved major success with her hit drama “Nand”, where she played the titular role.

Faiza Hassan recently shared her thoughts on joint families during an interview with Independent Urdu. She openly expressed her dislike for this common practice in Pakistan, candidly stating that it causes more harm than good for families.

Meri Zindagi Hai Tu Ending Soon; Writer Confirms Final Episode Count

Pakistani prime-time television has found its latest unstoppable force in “Meri Zindagi Hai Tu”, a drama that continues to rule ARY Digital’s ratings chart and hearts across borders. Led by the powerhouse pairing of Bilal Abbas Khan and Hania Aamir, the show has become a weekly obsession for millions, blending heartbreak, passion, and emotional intensity in a way few dramas manage today.

The Radain Shah–penned serial, directed by Mussadiq Malek, revolves around the complicated love story of Kamyar and Ayra, a relationship layered with pain, longing, and undeniable chemistry. With every episode crossing 15 million views within days of release, the drama has proven that audiences still crave strong writing and performances over unnecessary stretching.

Adding to the excitement, writer Radain Shah recently revealed on Nadia Khan’s morning show Rise and Shine that the drama is officially heading toward its conclusion. According to him, only six to seven episodes remain, a deliberate decision to keep the story sharp and meaningful. Shah emphasized that prolonging a narrative often dulls its impact, and he believes endings should arrive while audiences are still emotionally invested.

Shah also opened up about the casting process, sharing that Bilal Abbas Khan was always the first and final choice for Kamyar. He praised Bilal’s screen presence, calling him irreplaceable for the role. While Hania Aamir wasn’t initially the top pick, multiple names were explored before she was finalized.

Speaking of reactions, the drama’s popularity recently crossed national boundaries in a surprising way. The OST of “Meri Zindagi Hai Tu” echoed through a Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) stadium, with fans humming along as teams took the field. Hania Aamir shared the moment on her Instagram stories, expressing disbelief and gratitude as the drama’s music became a stadium anthem.

“The Meri Zindagi Hai Tu fever is real,” she wrote, later adding a heartfelt message thanking fans for their overwhelming love. Social media erupted soon after, with fans calling the Bilal–Hania pairing “iconic,” comparing Hania’s stardom to Shah Rukh Khan, and admitting they had literal goosebumps watching the clip.
