Leading voices in the entertainment world are using their platforms to condemn the violence and express grief over what they call a “betrayal of humanity.”

Actress Hania Aamir, known for her vocal advocacy on women’s issues, posted a powerful message on Instagram:

“If women were to start killing for honour, no man would remain.”
Her statement quickly gained traction as it bluntly addressed the deeply patriarchal mindset underlying such crimes.

Tamkenat Mansoor, echoing public fury, wrote:
