Beloved Singer Haniya Aslam of Zeb and Haniya Passes Away

Haniya Aslam, the talented singer known for her work with the band Zeb and Haniya, has sadly passed away. She was a beloved figure in Pakistan’s music scene, known for her unique blend of Sufi and modern music. Haniya Aslam, along with her cousin and bandmate Zeb Bangash, created some of the most memorable songs, including the hit track “Bibi Sanam Janam.” Their music, characterized by its fresh and timeless quality, captured the hearts of many.

Haniya was an alumnus of the National College of Arts (NCA) and began her musical journey alongside Zeb Bangash.
