Mehwish Hayat and Humayun Saeed are two graceful and skilled Pakistani actresses who have a larger-than-life on-screen presence. They also make an appealing on-screen couple. Fans admire them as a couple and want to see them in more films and dramas together. With their incredible chemistry, the ‘Reel-Life’ duo is destined to reach the silver screen. They recently went on the morning show Good Morning Pakistan to promote their new film London Nahi Jaunga, which will be released on Eid Ul Azha.

In the show, both stars disclosed their fitness secrets as well as their diet routines. “I do diet in the last ten days before the shooting of my new project starts,” Humayun Saeed said of his diet plan. “Otherwise, I eat good in routine, I eat a lot and then I abruptly cease eating, and when you eat a lot and leave eating, it offers fantastic effects.”

“I skip wheat, sugar, and rice and rely on proteins,” Mehwish Hayat said of her eating plan. “It helps me a lot in losing weight.” Humayun Saeed claims that eliminating wheat, rice, and sugar from one’s diet and engaging in a lot of running can assist a lot.
He went on to say that, in addition to diet, jogging and drinking plenty of water are beneficial, and that oily foods should not be consumed on a daily basis.
